Kamalatmika also known as Lakshmi...The daugher of the ocean of milk, sister to the moon god and younger sister to Dhumavati (our first Goddess to energize), engaging contentment, allowing blessings, manifest beauty, peace, harmony, effulgence and wealth...what is not to love?

This yoga nidra is awakening our internal archetype of our ability to fully receive, to acknowledge our blessings, to install a fearless attitude, to release attachments and radiate beauty and generosity.

We will begin with a short talk on Kamalatmika and how she appears in our life. After that, there will be a guided meditation with a gong. As with all yoga nidras, this is a space for generating an intention and to tune your being into the highest version of yourself.
