Join us for our Winter Sound Spa. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound. Jennifer Becwar and Stacy Wasson will play soothing sounds from gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and many more healing sounds.

This is a resting meditation. Please bring a yoga mat and pillow and any props to make you comfortable.
